Sitai (community development block) (Bengali: শীতাই সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন ব্লক) is an administrative division in Dinhata subdivision of Cooch Behar district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Sitai police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Sitai.[1][2]

Gram panchayats of Sitai block/ panchayat samiti are: Adabari Ghat, Brahmattar Chhatra, Chamta, Sitai I and Sitai II.[3]
As per 2001 census, Sitai block had a total population of 96,335, out of which 49,196 were males and 47,139 were females. Sitai block registered a population growth of 11.76 per cent during the 1991-2001 decade. Decadal growth for the district was 14.15 per cent.[2]Decadal growth in West Bengal was 17.84 per cent.[4]
Sitai block had a literacy rate of 53.47 per cent - males 64.29 per cent and females 42.17 per cent.[3]
